At Mocan, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy: We are happy to offer COD for your convenience. To ensure successful deliveries and cover initial dispatch costs, a 20% advance payment is mandatory for all COD orders. Once the advance is paid via our secure payment gateway, your order will be processed immediately. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or via UPI to the delivery executive."

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and location accessibility.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS
  • Tracking details and courier information

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Mocan will not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or failed deliveries may occur.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Take photos/videos immediately upon delivery.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  3. Include your order number and proof of damage.

We will review the issue and assist with replacement or resolution as applicable.

Currently, Mocan ships only within India.
